Narrative EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING IMPACT ROLLERS ON THE CONVEYER AT THE JAW. HE CUT LOOSE THE BOLTS ON HIS SIDE. HE TURNED OFF THE TORCH AND HANDED IT TO OTHER EMPLOYEE. ACETYLENE LINE BURST SHOOTING FLAMES FROM THE TORCH UNDER HIS GLOVE. IT BURNT THE TOPOF HIS LEFT HAND AND THUMB.
