EE STATES THAT WHILE USING AIR-ARC, SLAG BURNED LEFT ANKLE. DID NOT REPORT UNTIL 1-19-200. HAD INFECTION AT THAT TIME. ACCIDENT HAS BEEN UNDER INVESTIGATION. GOT PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION FOR IN FECTION.
