Narrative

VICTIM WAS USING A WRENCH TO REMOVE A STARTER. THE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF THE BOLT AN STRUCK THE VICTIM ON THE RIGHT ELBOW CAUSING A CONTUSION TO THE ELBOW.
