Narrative

INSTALLING PIG TAIL ON TRUSS BOLT. AREA WAS LOW, HE HAD TO BEND TO INSTALL PIGTAIL AND AS HE WAS PUSHING THE TRUSS INTO THE HOLE HE SLIPPED AND STRUCK HIS FOREHEAD ON THE DRILL.
