EE WAS BRINGING CONTINUOUS MINER OUT OF THE 1ST CUT IN THE BREAK RIGHT BETWEEN #1 AND #2 ENTRY. AS HE TRAMMED THE CONTINUOUS MINER IN REVERSE DOWN THE # 1 ENTRY HE WAS POSITIONED BESIDE THE MA CHINE AND HIS RIGHT FOOT WAS BETWEEN THE MACHINEAND IT'S CABLE. THE MINER CABLE PULLED TIGHT & CAUGHT HIS RIGHT FOOT BETWEEN THE CONTINUOUS MINER & CABLE RESULTING IN A BRUISE TO LOWER RT LEG
