Narrative

EE WAS SETTING UP THE ROOF BOLTING MACHINE TO REPLACE A ROOF BOLT. AS HE WAS LOWERING THE DRILL HEAD HE ACCIDENTALLY ACTIVATED THE AUGER CLAMP. THE CLAMP CLOSED ON HIS LEFT HAND (LT 5TH FINGER ).
