Narrative

EE WAS OPERATING CO. NO. 520 D7 DOZER, ANOTHER EE WORKING WITH HIM CALLED THE SUPERVISOR AND REPORTED THE HE WAS SICK. EE COMPLAINED THAT HIS SHOULDER, NECK AND RIGHT ARM FELT NUMBNESS IN THEM ; HE STATED HE FELT LIKE HE WAS GOING TO FAINT. DR. AT HOSPITAL RAN TESTS AND XRAYS, NO PROBLEMS WERE DIAGNOSED, BUT EE IS TO RETURN TO DR. HE NORMALLY USES 3-2-2000.
