Narrative

INJURED WAS TAKING A JACK AROUND MINER TO SET WHERE WE JUST CUT A CORNER. HE SLIPPED ON A ROCK, THE JACK CAME DOWN ON HIS FINGER FORCING IT INTO SELF RESCUER CAUSING LACERATION.
