Narrative
INJURED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE ADDING A 10' ROD WITH WATER SWIREL. WHEN THEY RAISED IT UP INJURED FELL TO HIS KNEES WITH PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
