EMPLOYEE WAS DRILLING WITH A SINGLE BOOM DRILL. HE TURNED THE DRILL OFF AND WALKED TO THE FACE BUT THE DRILL DID NOT COMPLETELY STOP ROTATING. HIS PANTS GOT WRAPPED IN THE ROTATING STEEL CAUSI NG A BRUISE ON HIS KNEE. THE INJURY BECAMEE SWOLLEN ADN THE EMPLOYEE WAS PLACED ON RESTRICTED DUTY ON 3/13/00.
