WHILE CLOSING A FEED VALVE FROM 1-7-37 TO 1-7-29 ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS BEATING A HANDLE WITH ANOTEHR HANDLE. AFTER THE EMPLOYEE KNOCKED THE HANDLE THE HANDLE KNOCKED UP AND EMPLOYEE RIGHT HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE VALVE AND THE HANDLE.
