EMLOYEE STATED HE WAS RUNNING EMPTY FROM DUMP. SAID HE HIT A PLACE IN ROAD SIGHTLY ROUGHER THAN NORMAL. THIS CAUSED A JERKING MOTION, TO HIS NECK. HE WAS WEARING A SEATBELT.
