DUMP TRUCK BED CAME DOWN ON LEFT HAND, TRAPPING ARM UNTIL THE BONE BROKE AND THE ARM PULLED FREE. EE WAS EMPTYING DUMPTRUCK AT THE PLANT INDUSTRIAL LANDFILL.
