EMPLOYEE WAS USING CHANNEL LOCKS TO TURN A ROLLER TO FREE UP THE 32 FINISH MILL FEED BELT ROLLER WHEN THE GLOVE HE WAS WEARING WAS PULLED IN BETWEEN THE ROLLER AND CONVEYOR BELT ALONG WITH HIS RIGHT ARM.
