EMPLOYEE RELEASED TENSION ON BOLT AFTER RESIN HAD CURED. AS HE LOWERED BOLT WRENCH, RESIN CAMEOUT AROUND BOLT HEAD SPRAYING A SMALL AMOUNT INTO HIS EYES. MISSED WORK ON 3-20-00.
