EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING TOP AND HAD ALREADY PUT UP HIS OUTSIDE BOLT. AS HE WENT TO SWING HIS HEAD IN HE SWUNG IT OUT INSTEAD OF IN. HE STATED THAT WHEN HE MOVED TO GET OUT OF THE WAY, HE TWISTED HIS BACK. HE CONTINUED TO WORK AT THIS REGULAR OCCUPATION UNTIL MONDAY MARCH 28, AT WHICH TIME HE VISITED THE DOCTOR AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A PULLED BACK.
