EE ALLEGES HE WAS HELPING DRILLER INSTALL 3 RODS AND COUPLINGS ON ROCK DRILL. THE OTHER EE MOVED FEED CONTROL LEVER AND CAUGHT INJURED'S HAND BETWEEN THE COUPLING AND THE ROD ARMS.
