EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING SKIRTING ON CLASSIFIER TANK. PARTNER HANDED PIECE OF ANGLE IRON TO EMPLOYEE FROM ABOVE. SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND AND HIT EMPLOYEE IN LEFT SIDE OF THE FACE CUTTING HIM. REQUIRED 6 STITCHES.
