EE WAS CHIPPING SLAG FROM A WELD. HE HAD SHADED SAFETY GLASSES. HE FELT IT WAS NOT LIGHT ENOUGH TO USE THE SHADED GLASSES. COULD NOT SEE WITH SHADED GLASSES. REMOVED GLASSES AND CONTINUED TO C HIP SLAG. PEICE OF WELD FLEW INTO EYE.
