EE WAS DRILLING 3/4"" STEEL PLATE WITH 1/2"" DRIVE HAND HELD DRILL. BIT CAUGHT IN MATERIAL AUSING DRILL TO SPIN. EE THUMB WAS CAUGHT IN D-HANDLE OF DRILL AS IT TWISTED. FRACTURED LEFT THUMB.
