EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON OUTSIDE EDGE OF BLOCK WHILE BREAKING AND PULLING WEDGES. THE OUTSIDE BLOCK TURNED AND EMPLOYEE JUMPED OFF TWISTING HIS KNEE.
