INJURED WAS SETTING MINER UP IN #3 ENTYR ON #3 UNIT. WHEN HE WAS PULLING UP CABLE, THE CABLE HIT RAN XX AND THE MIENR TURNED AND THE TAIL HIT HIS LEFT KNEE.
