Narrative

EE WAS TAKING MEASUREMENTS FOR INST TUBING. ANOTHER EE WORKING ON AN UPPER FLOOR DROPPED AN 8"" X 8"" X 3/4 STEEL PLATE. IT STRUCK INJURED EE ON HARD CAUSING A LACERATION THAT REQUIRED SUTURES.
