Narrative

MOVING MINER TO FACE WITH REMOTE THAT HAD UMBILICAL CORD. OPERATOR WAS PULLING ON TANGLED CORD & TRIPPED OVER A HUMB IN CABLE & FELL. REMOTE WAS HEAVY, OPERATOR HIT HEAD BU TRIED TO CATCH HIMS ELF. HURT SHOULDER & NECK.
