A ROOF FALL HAS OCCURRED ON THE 002-0 SECTION IN THE #6 ENTRY 1 BREAK INBY SPAD # 5173. THE FALL MEASURED 18' WIDE X 100' LONG X 6' THICK. VENTILATION NOR PASSAGE OF PERSONS WAS AFFECTED AND N O INJURIES WERE REPORTED. ADDITIONAL ROOF SUPPORT WAS INSTALLED AND WE RETREATED FROM THE AREA.
