EMPLOYEE THOUGHT THE SECTION BELT HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT SO HE STARTED TO CROSS THE BELT. THE BELT CREW STARTED THE BELT TO LINE UP A SPLICE. THE BELT MOVED AND DRAGGED THE EMPLOYEE THROUGH A 12"" CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE BELT AND THE BELT DOLLY.
