AFTER DUMPING OIL IN WASTE OIL CONTAINER EMPLOYEE WAS COMING DOWN STEPS. BOTTOM STEP IS NOT FLATBUT BENT DOWN. WHEN HE STEPPED ON THE LAST STEP HE SLIPPED TO THE GROUND LANDING ON RIGHT KNEE.
