WHILE INSTALLING BOLT NEXT TO THE RIB A PIECE OFROCK FELL STRIKING HIM ON THE LEFT SHOULDER THEN STRIKING THE LEFT SIDE OF LEFT FOOT, WHERE THE METATARSAL DID NOT PROTECT THE FOOT.
