EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING IN REMOVAL OF 8"" BY 8"" TUBULAR STEEL FROM NEW CLINKER COOLER. AS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CUT TUBE STEEL LOOSE WITH TORCH, INJURED EMPLOYEE LOST HIS GRIP ON CUT PIECE (APPROX 18 "" LONG) AND DROPPED IT ON HIS RIGHT FOOT, CAUSING A FRACTURE TO BIG TOE.
