EE STATED THAT HE WAS DRIVING AN ""H"" RIVET IN A FLEXCO R-G SPLICE. AS HE WAS DRIVING THE SPLICE, THE HEAD CAME OFF THE RIVET. HE REACHED IN FRONT OF THE OTHER EE WHO WAS ALSO SPLICING, WHEN HE REACHED OVER, THE OTHER EE STRUCK HIM ON THE FINGER WITH A HAMMER.
