WHILE HOLDING THE AIR WRENCH WITH ELBOW IN AN AWKWAR D POSITIOHN IN RIGHT HAND THE RIGHT ELBOW POPPED. A CHIP FROM ELBOW BONE LODGE IN JOINT. A CAST WAS APPLIED TO RIGHT ARM, ELBOW AREA.
