## Narrative

AN ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR WAS CALLED BECAUSE A HIGH VOLTAGE STARTER WAS SMOKING. HE TURNED THE BREAKER OFF AND WHEN HE DID THE STARTER EXPLODED OR SEVERELY ARCHED INSIDE. THE DOOR BLEW OPEN AND HE RECEIVED BURNS ON THE FACE AND ARMS.
