WHILE PERFORMING HIS NORMAL DUTIES AS A MINER OPERATOR, THE EMPLOYEE REPORTED THAT HE BEGAN TOHAVE PAIN IN HIS RIGHT KNEE WHILE WALKING. THE EMPLOYEE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 5/4/00, AT WHICH TIME HE BEGAN TO MISS BECAUSE OF THE PAIN.
