Narrative

INJURED WAS CARRYING A SMALL (16"" X 4') PIECE OF PLYWOOD DOWN A SLOPING CONVEYOR GALLERY. HE SLIPPED ON PELLETS FALLING ON HIS TAILBONE. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO BREAK HIS FALL HE HURT HIS FINGER.
