Narrative

EE WAS INSTALLING 12'LONG ROOF BOLTS. HE BENT THE BOLT AND WAS GOING TO LOWER THE HEAD WHEN HE HIT THE WRONG LEVER CAUSING THE HEAD TO SPIN THE BENT BOLT STRUCK HIS RIGHT WRIST. XRAYED BROKEN ABOVE WRIST.
