WHILE BOLTING THE TOP FELL OUT IN FRONT OF THE TRS. A ROCK MEASURING 15"" X 15"" X 4"" THICK STRUCK MAN ON KNEE. HIS INJURIES CONSISTED OF BRUISING OF HIS KNEE.
