THE EE CLIMBED UP ON ARUBBER TIRE DOZER (RTD) TO GET A SERIAL NUMBER OFF THE TORQUE CONVERTER. HE BENT OVER AND TWISTED AND HIS LOWER BACK POPPED. HE REPORTED IT TO HSI SUPERVISOR. HE WAS TRAN SPORTED TO THE ER BY AMBULANCE.
