EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS HELPING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE PUT EIMCO 6 TON LOCOMOTIVES IN BATTERY STATION. HE WAS WALKING BESIDE LOCOMOTIVE AND SLIPPED AND FELL. HIS LEFT FOOT WENT UNDER OPERATOR'S COMPA RTMENT AND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT AND THE MINE FLOOR, RESULTING IN A FRACTURE TO THE LEFT FOOT.
