EE WAS USING A PIPE WRENCH WITH A CHEATER BAR TO REMOVE A 2-INCH CLOSE NIPPLE FROM TOE SUCTION END OF A WELDON PUMP. HE CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN TOE WRENCH AND THE PUMP REQUIRED SUTURES.
