THE EMPLOYEE WAS REPAIRING A LEAK IN THE TRANSMISSION OF THE FAN TRUCK. HE WAS LYING ON A CREEPER HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. THE EMPLOYEE HAD DIFFICULTY GETTIN GOFF THE CREEPER.
