EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING A SECOND EMPLOYEE LIFT A FILTER PRESS LEAVE INTO A BOX WHEN HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. THE EMPLOYEE WAS TREATED AT A LOCAL CLINIC AND RETRURNED TO WORK WITH R ESTRICTIONS.
