WHILE RIDING THE MANTRIP, RAIL MOUNTED VEHICLE, THE EMPLOYEE STRUCK THE MINE ROOF WITH HIS FACE.THE EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED MINOR CUTS ABOVE AND BELOW HIS RIGHT EYE. STICHES WERE REQUIRED FOR HIS RIGHT EYE BROW.
