EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING BOLTS IN SLIP FLANGE OF SCREW CONVEYOR. AS HE WAS TIGHTENING THE BOLTS WITH A WRENCH, THE UPPER CONVEYOR'S WEIGHT SHIFTED, CAUSING THE SLIP FLANGE TO COLLAPSE, PINCHIN G EMPLOYEE'S LEFT HAND.
