THERE WAS A LOOSE CONNECTION IN THE CIRCUIT PANEL FOR THE MAIN HOISTING SYSTEM (MAN HOIST). THE HOIST WAS SHUT DOWN TO REPAIR THE CONNECTIONFOR APPROXIMATELY 1.5 HRS.
