## Narrative

AFTER HE FINISHED DRILLING A BOLT HOLE HE WAS PULLING THE DRILL STEEL OUT AND WAS STRUCK BY A ROCK THAT FELL FROM THE ROOF. THE ROCK STRUCK HIM ABOVE THE LEFT EYE AND CAUSED A LACERATION THAT REQUIRED SIX SUTURES.
