HE WAS CUTTING A CAR CABLE TO SPLICE IT. HE HADTHE CABLE ON A HEADER PULLING THE KNIFE TOWARDS HIMSELF, WHEN HE CUT HIS LEFT LEG ABOVE KNEECAP.THE KNIFE CUT THROUGH HIS KNEE PADS.
