EE WAS PUTTING THE SECTIONAL AUGERS TOGETHER TO FINISH DRILLING A HOLE FOR A ROOF BOLT. THE BOTTOM SECTION WAS NOT IN THE CHUCK GOOD. WHEN HE APPLIED BOOM PRESSURE THE AUGER FLEXED AND SNAPPED INTO PLACE. WHEN IT SNAPPED INTO PLACE IT HIT HIS RIGHT HAND CAUSING A FRACTURE.
