EE WAS INSTALLING A BOLT BESIDE A BOLT THAT HAD BEEN CUT OUT BY THE MINER. AS HE PUSHED THE PIN IN THE HOLE IT CAUGHT THE BOARD ON THE OLD BOLT PUSHING THE BOARD DOWN CATCHING HIS FINGER.
