Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING BRUSH WITH CHAIN SAW. THE SAW CAME IN CONTACT WITH HIS LEFT LOWER LEG CAUSING A SMALL LACERATION, RESULT WAS 2 SUTURES AND NO MISSED WORK DAYS.
