EMPLOYEE WAS USING A RAZOR KNIFE TO CUT CONVEYER BELT. KNIFE SLIPPED AT END OF CUT AND STRUCK HIM ON RIGHT THIGH. THIS CAUSED A LACERATION THAT REQUIRED STITCHES.
